Is Intenseoa jewelry really waterproof?
Yes. Our pieces are made of stainless steel with 18K gold plating, made for everyday life: you can shower, work out, and go to the pool or the beach with them. To keep the shine for longer, rinse with fresh water after salt water or chlorine, dry with a soft cloth, and store your pieces in their pouch when you are not wearing them. Like any plated jewelry, constant contact with perfumes and chemicals can shorten the finish's life - a little care goes a long way.
What materials do you use?
Stainless steel with 18K gold plating, and details in zirconia or pearls depending on the piece. Each product page lists its specific materials.
How much is shipping and how long does it take?
We ship within the United States via USPS from Tampa, Florida. Standard shipping is $4.90 and FREE on orders of $50 or more. Orders ship within 1-2 business days and delivery usually takes 3-5 business days after shipping. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we email you a USPS tracking number. If it has not arrived in 2 business days, check your spam folder or write to us.
Can I exchange my piece?
Yes - you have 14 days from delivery to request an exchange if the piece is in excellent condition and in its original packaging. Email us first at Info@intenseoa.com with your order number and we will send you the instructions. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
We cover it. Email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo at Info@intenseoa.com: we pay the return shipping and you choose a replacement or a full refund.
How do I know my ring size?
Most of our rings come in sizes 6, 7, and 8, and some designs are adjustable - each product page says which it is. If you are between sizes, we recommend going one size up.
